Brittany Rupe is an actor and singer currently based in the DFW area. She is finishing her final year of the BFA Musical Theatre program at the University of Texas at Arlington and is set to graduate in Fall 2026.She is especially passionate about telling stories centering queer and feminist narratives. She is drawn to projects that aren't afraid to be bold, honest, and a little bit challenging. She found a deep connection to this style of work during her time in HAIR, enjoying the process of a show where individuality is celebrated and modern-world issues are tackled head-on.Her time on the UTA stage has been a huge part of her growth. Previous credits include playing Mary Bolkonsky in NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 and Margaret Mead in HAIR.Brittany is a classically and musical theatre-trained vocalist who loves exploring everything from traditional scores to contemporary works. She wants to work with creators who care about making theatre inclusive and meaningful. Her plan is to stay in the DFW area and to give back to the community that has helped her grow as an artist.
